Recurring Yoga Classes

Relax and Restore

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing and restful practice that relieves stress, tension and anxiety.  Using a variety of props we put the body into nurturing postures that will help to heal chronic stress and leave you feeling rested and restored.

Monday Evenings:

Women’s Gentle Flow

A gentle and deep practice that teaches women how to listen to their bodies while moving through a yoga sequence. Teaching women how to align their practice with the rhythms of their body, of nature and of the moon resulting in a practice that supports your unique abilities and levels of flexibility.

Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Tension

Improve flexibility, stress levels and posture with these gently flowing yoga classes designed to mobilize the areas of the body we most commonly hold tension:  the upper back, shoulders and neck.

Radical Restorative

A guided resting practice that offers deep healing relaxation to bring the body and mind into a state of harmony as well as creating an increased sense of awareness and connection. Combining gentle movement and stretching with breath awareness and guided imagery you will be led on a journey of softening the tension in your body and calming your overactive mind.

All About the Hips!

Tight hips are becoming more and more common and over time, this negatively impacts your ability to walk, maintain posture and the stability of your spine. This gentle class will focus on moving and stretching the hips in all directions and is suitable for beginner or advanced yoga students.

Private Yoga Sessions

New to yoga and not sure you want to start in a class?  Or maybe you have experience with yoga but are recovering from an injury or would like some specific focus for your practice.  I am happy to offer private yoga sessions to help you gain the confidence, strength or focus that you are looking for from your yoga practice.

$80 + GST for a 75 minute private session that will be custom tailored to your specific goals
