“I’ve never done yoga before. Will this be basic enough for me?” Absolutely! A great yoga practice isn’t a complicated one. Our on-the-mat practice will be simple and profound enough for newbies and experienced yoginis, alike. All ages and levels of yoga experience are welcome.

 “It sounds great, but I’m not so sure about doing all this in a group. I’m an introvert OR don’t normally like spending time with other women.” You’ll love this. We’ll have plenty of solo, contemplative time. And you might be amazed by how this kind of retreat can heal your relationships with other women, your children, your loved ones (and yourself).

 “What should I bring?” You’ll receive more instructions once you register, but they’re very simple. Bring your journal, a yoga mat, water bottle, comfy clothes, and anything you need to feel your best. Seriously.

  “Is this for me?” If you’re curious about deepening into your femininity — yes. If you’re feeling tapped out, frazzled, and stressed — yes. If you’re ready to honor the power that’s unique to the season— yes. If you’re ready to feel more authentically, joyfully yourself — yes.
