What is something challenging, creative and fun that you could do everyday for 100 days that would rock your world (or at least, shake it up a little bit)? Is there something that you would like to start or stop? Is there something that you would LOVE to do but you never had the inspiration or environment to take the chance and really go for it?

What is the 100 Day Challenge?

It is 100 days (in a row) for you to learn a new skill, develop a new habit, break an old habit, master your craft, create something new, take your business to a new level, improve your health, challenge your mind…there’s no limit to what you can challenge yourself to do! It’s an opportunity for you to challenge yourself and learn more about who you are in the process.

Who’s doing the 100 Day Challenge?

I’m doing the 100 Day Challenge and I am inviting you to join me! Anyone can play so pick something to do, invite a friend or family member and challenge yourself!

Where is the 100 Day Challenge taking place?

This challenge can take place anywhere you are. You can do it at home, at work, in the car, at the gym, on your coffee breaks, in line at the grocery store…it can be where ever it works the best for you. That’s the beauty of the 100 Day Challenge – you can make it as simple or as complex as you want! ( I recommend considering simple as our lives tend to be complicated enough already!).

When is the 100 Day Challenge taking place?

We’ll start on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 and we’ll end (triumphantly) on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 ( my birthday – yippee!).

Why take the 100 Day Challenge?

Why not? It’s your chance to challenge yourself to do something new, different, better and to see what results you get. More importantly – it’s fun!

How do you participate in the 100 Day Challenge?

  • pick something you want to do. Don’t have any ideas? Check out the list below for a few to get you started
  • determine what support you need to help you with your challenge
  • get any supplies, people, resource, etc. that you might need by February 5, 2013
  • on February 5th – start your challenge
  • check in with my blog regularly to follow my progress, comment on your own progress and know that you’re not doing this challenge alone!
